Strategy & Campaigns
In collaboration with colleagues across departments and levels, I participate in our working group to make sure our organizations embody our core values of diversity, equality, inclusion, dignity, and forward-thinking.
In collaboration with the Communications Task Team and consensus from Steering Committee members and the Secretariat, I developed a plan to make internal communications more inclusive, equitable, and accessible.
Together, with my co-host Annie (she/her), we produce an educational podcast to provide context about the bisexual experience by sharing research, getting advice, and talking to queer people we like.
I identified four common archetypes of communicating conspiracy theories. During an interactive experience, visitors collected evidence and worked together to understand what was happening in the small, fictional town. My project primarily focused on participants’ understanding, empathy, and curiosity.
I managed the integration and uptake strategy for three new communications technology tools, resulting in saved staff time, fully accessible communications, fewer duplicate alumni records, and reduced alumni frustration with unsubscribe process.
I was the editor and project manager of the SP2 Review–part alumni magazine, part annual review, part admissions brochure.
